Shingle warranties cover the shingles — not the flashing, pipe boots, vents, and sealants around them. Those components have shorter lifespans and are responsible for most leaks. Regular maintenance catches failures in these parts before they cause damage the shingle warranty won’t cover.

We’ll tell you directly. We don’t sell maintenance plans for roofs that need repair or replacement first — patching a deteriorated roof doesn’t protect it, it just delays a decision. If that’s where your roof is, we’ll walk you through the right next step.

Minor repairs are determined on-site and included up to a specific scope — typically up to 3 exposed nails or one pipe boot reseal per visit. If we find something beyond that scope, you’ll get a clear price before any additional work begins. No surprises.

Yes. Plans are available monthly or annually, and you can adjust your level of coverage as your home’s needs change — more trees come down, additions go up, roofs age differently.
